Ex Demanio – Scandicci Service Centre

“L’Atelier Maroquinerie” by Saint Laurent (Kering Group) was recently inaugurated in Scandicci (FI), in a real estate complex owned by CDP Real Asset called “Ex Demanio – Scandicci Service Centre”. A new center of excellence of almost 29,000 m2 for the development and production of accessories and leather goods for the international fashion brand.

The new centre, conceived by AICOM Engineering Systems S.p.A., is the result of a significant redevelopment project of a building built in the nineties and subsequently became part of the CDP Group’s real estate assets.

GPA Partners, agent of the group made up of EXENET Srl, Mythos Consorzio Stabile S.c.a.r.l, CONTEC technical consultancy and engineering services S.r.l, FGB Studio, SOCIETA’ COOPERATIVA ARCHEOLOGICA ARA, handled the DL and CSE services.

The structure has been aligned with the highest sustainability standards and adopts system solutions aimed at saving energy and we are very proud to announce that the building will soon obtain LEED Gold certification, thanks to the use of materials and finishes that adhere to rigorous codes of social and environmental sustainability.
