Inauguration of Villa Romboli

On Saturday 24 June there was the inauguration ceremony of Villa Romboli, the first restoration work (costing around 3 million euros) of the great recovery plan of the building areas surrounding the tourist port of Marina di Pisa which will be called Villa Rondini. The plan, through sustainable real estate development for accommodation and residential use, will act as a driving force for the revitalization of the entire Pisan coast which rises at the mouth of the Arno river.

Villa Romboli is a historic Art Nouveau residence uninhabited since before the Great War which has been completely restored in accordance with the Superintendency, with a project that has safeguarded the historical value of the property and as many original elements as possible of the villa, from the external friezes to the original floors, the frescoed vaults and which will become the sales office of Marica Development Corporation.
