Integrated Design
Our operational approach is always based on Integrated Design, a method in which critical issues are assessed in detail from the outset, and all the disciplines involved in defining a project – architecture, structures, systems, specialist activities – are integrated and coordinated in the framework of a single model.
All this is made possible by Building Information Modelling (BIM), a methodology that enables us to narrow the gap between real and virtual, achieving high levels of real time cooperation between our professionals, simplifying workflows, centralizing data and making work more dynamic, rapid and efficient.
In our three departments we manage all phases of design: preliminary, final, executive and detailed.

Construction management
Over nearly 40 years, we have gained extensive experience in construction management, including highly complex projects involving conservative renovation, listed properties and buildings of particular historical/artistic value. Our wide-reaching expertise enables us to provide timely management of work and progress monitoring by means of regular visits and direct contact with contractors’ technical staff.
