Ing. Paolo Spinelli
A founding partner of GPA Partners and a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) in London, he is a former president of the Tuscany Society of Engineers and of the degree course in Civil Engineering at the University of Florence, and a former full professor of “Construction Technology”. He is the author of over 100 articles published in national and international industry periodicals. He has more than 30 years’ experience in structural design and construction management for major public and private works.

Ing. Giovanni Cardinale
A founding partner of GPA Partners, he specializes in structural design for public works, safety coordination and construction management, with a special focus on new technologies. A former Vice President of the CNI in Rome, he is currently a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) in London and of the Executive Board of FEANI. He has headed the design of some highly complex projects and is regarded as an authority in the world of engineering, as well as being the author of numerous articles published in industry periodicals.

Expert in urban planning, urban regeneration and large-scale interventions, she obtained a II level Master's degree in BIM MANAGEMENT from the Polytechnic of Milan.
