What does an Architecture and Engineering Company like GPA have in common with a sailing boat or a trip?

On the surface it might seem that our work has little to do with adventure at sea. But it’s not true. There are many points in common but they are not to be found in daily actions which are naturally different: the engineer and the architect on a construction site or behind a computer and the sailor in the middle of the sea.

The affinities are at the basis of the concept of travel, which is the discovery of new things, and in the concept of invention as a response to unpredictable situations. Furthermore, in navigation, as in the design of a building, it is very important to know how to work in a team and follow precise procedures.

Precisely for this reason also this year we are close to Milanto, to Lorenzo Cipriani and his project but this time in an even new key, with a specific objective that focuses on the people behind GPA and who every day are our true added value.

A week of team building, in which our team will have the opportunity to navigate, discover, share.

The navigation ended on Friday and we would like to thank Milanto for the opportunity and for dedicating these days to our team!

We are convinced that team building is essential to promote a positive working environment, improve collaboration and enhance the overall efficiency of the organization.
