The construction site of the Casa Rossa in Castelnuovo d’Avane has started!

On February 13th there was the delivery of the project for the conservative restoration of the building formerly the residence of Andrea Del Sarto, within the functional lot 1 of the Cultural, Social and Economic Regeneration of the ancient village of Castelnuovo d’Avane… and therefore the construction site and our Works Management officially started!

This is an intervention and a project that required attention and professionalism since the primary objective is to keep the original historical and artistic characteristics intact, but at the same time improve the safety and functionality of the building.
A delicate process that stands out from other types of restoration, as the main objective is not the reconstruction or transformation of the building, but rather the maintenance and protection of its authenticity.
